 Mr. Letcher, is a tax accountant in private practice and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (Enrolled Agent/EA) and is a Register Financial Consultant serving both individual and corporate clients.
He is a co-founder of Unified Services I, Inc. a Professional Employer Organization and is one of the largest employers in the City of Surprise; he has served as the Board Chairman and CEO since its inception. He also is the founder of Unified Services Inc. an accounting, payroll and tax preparation service, serving numerous clients throughout Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.
As one of the two co-founders of Sage Academy Charter School, he has served as the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Administrator. Sage Academy was granted its Charter Contract in December of 2006 by the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools.
He is a member of the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. In addition he has served on the Board of Directors for both the Arizona Society of Enrolled Agents and the Northwest Valley Chapter of Enrolled Agents, including a term as the Chapter Vice-President and one term as President.
Mr. Letcher earned his Bachelor of Science, in Management from Grand Canyon University. |

 Ms. Gasson has been a certified teacher for over 25 years with a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Education. She has taught in both Canada and the U.S.A., teaching students from preschool to 8th grade. |

 Mr. Adams is a former educator and Vice Principal. He is now involved in the Health profession and has come to Sage Academy with a vast knowledge of developing the inner structures of a successful school. |
